Water Gutter Boys began with a realization. There had to be a better way.

Back in university, one of our friends introduced us to a large Canadian franchise offering exterior cleaning services in the city. On the surface, it looked like a great opportunity. But once we stepped inside, the truth was clear. Homeowners were paying premium prices. Workers were earning minimum wage. Even the local operator, who held the whole thing together, was barely seeing the reward.

The quality didn’t match the cost. The people doing the work weren’t respected. And the homeowners trusting their properties to the system weren’t getting what they deserved.

That didn’t sit right with us.

We knew we could do it better. By staying local, cutting out corporate overhead, and investing in professional equipment and training, we could offer a higher standard of service while keeping prices fair.

That idea became Water Gutter Boys.

We broke away from the franchise system and built something real. No middlemen. No bloated pricing. Just reliable work, clear communication, and results that speak for themselves. From the beginning, our mission has been to give homeowners better value while treating every job with care and pride.
